We started an initiative called Pay It Forward (PIF) Grants, a unique economic stimulus created to empower families living in poverty in Haiti, in villages around the city of Saint Marc in the MacDonald and Cannot communities.

Small microcredit grants are awarded to individuals selected by local leaders that aim to help community members find their own paths to wellness. The funds are offered to people in order to provide them with an opportunity to establish a small business that will allow them to support themselves and their families, lift them out of poverty and provide economic stimulus in the wider community.
