Residents at Granville Villa have the advantage of availing themselves of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including health care aides, mental health workers, counselors, and nurses. As part of this model, residents enjoy the provision of two meals per day, ensuring their nutritional requirements are met while promoting a sense of community and shared experiences.

Beginning her career as a Support Worker, Melissa steadily advanced into leadership through her dedication, collaborative approach and unwavering commitment to Community Builders’ core values. She believes deeply in the power of cohesive teamwork and strives to ensure that every staff member and resident feels seen, supported, and valued. Melissa is committed to creating safe, stable and empowering environments for both residents and staff. Outside of her role, she enjoys thrifting, gardening and spending time in nature. She’s also an avid animal lover and advocate—devoted to her two cats, her rescue dog and her ongoing passion for animal rescue.
