Burrard Respite is a 14-bed housing facility for individuals with complex health needs. Clients at Burrard are referred to us from hospitals, treatment facilities and other housing sites, and typically require more hands-on care and supervision. They’re served by our Integrated Health program, which includes 24/7 staffing, on-site clinical nursing and a range of Wellness services aimed at helping them stabilize and take next steps in their health and housing journey.  

Launched in December 2024 in collaboration with Vancouver Coastal Health, this much-needed community asset houses and cares for some of the most vulnerable individuals in Vancouver.
